Ken, thanks for the nice compliment, as well as for visiting my blog! This policy has served me in good stead, I must say. (Unfortunately it seems to do little to deter the snake oil salesmen and so-called social media “experts”, but it does get positive feedback from nice folks like you.)

Hey, I think this is the first time I’ve seen these values bundled up into one place so concisely and thoughtfully. Similar principles have been rattling around in my mind for a while, especially the expectations you laid out for a Twitter profile page. I never follow anyone who hasn’t provided the information you’ve listed, for the same reasons.
So thanks, this is great and maybe will gradually move more explicitly into the ongoing evolution of the social media culture.
