I’ve just added three great blogs to the World Directory of ADR Blogs @ ADRblogs.com, my ongoing effort to track and catalogue blogs around the globe that cover ADR, negotiation, and conflict resolution. It’s my great pleasure to welcome:
- The Consensus Building Approach is published by the internationally renowned Lawrence Susskind, Ford Professor of Urban and Environmental Planning at MIT and President of the Consensus Building Institute. His blog explores the uses of consensus building tools and techniques for more democratic decision-making.
- Minding the Workplace: The New Workplace Institute Blog is hosted by Suffolk University Law Professor David Yamada, a proponent of healthy workplaces and a recognized expert on workplace bullying. Its chief themes include dignity at work, workplace bullying, and psychologically healthy work environments. Professor Yamada is also the founder of The New Workplace Institute, a nonprofit research and education center committed to advancing socially responsible workplaces.
- The Personal Injury and Mediation Service provides information on mediation for lawyers and their clients involved in personal injury litigation. Published by U.K.-based civil and commercial mediator Philip Hesketh, it is designed to increase awareness and use of mediation.
If you have a blog you’d like to submit for inclusion in ADRblogs.com, please let me know. Read the submission guidelines and then get in touch.
