Diane:
When I started my mediation practice I was pumped up about setting up a mediation room in my office. I saw a framed photograph of Mick Jagger and bought it for my mediation room, on the theory that “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” would be a good touchstone for clients. When I got back to my office and showed it to a colleague and asked her what she thought, she said, “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction.” Needless to say, the photo hangs in a different room.
