Ken Cloke suggests we find some part of ourselves in the other guy. If there's no asshole in ME then I'm unlikely to be bothered by the guy. Behind every accusation (or act of bullying) is a cry for help. I love to sit in judgment as much as the next person. And yet . . . maybe it's just me . . .
