		<description>I agree with you 100% that the vanishing trial is a good thing for our communities and for our overburdened courts. I also agree that negotiation skills and learning how to work together instead of against each other are skills that attorneys should begin to develop in law school and continue to hone in order to help resolve cases and disputes to everyone&#039;s satisfaction before all the money is gone and too much time is wasted in litigation.</description>
