		<description>Bravo Diane!  I couldn't agree more.  Indeed, with some mandatory arbitration provisions (in the contract of adhesion context) we run the risk of trampling on procedural rights.  (As noted by David Hoffman during his presentation at the Conference Honoring Frank Sander).  What a privilege to honor Sander.
